Janet M. Hall

Janet Marie (Dieter) Hall, 76, died Tuesday, March 19^th, 2024, at the Community Hospice House in Merrimack, NH. She was born on November 13^th, 1947, in Melrose, MA. The daughter of David and Margaret (McGilley) Dieter.

Janet grew up and went to school in Melrose, MA, before moving to Merrimack, NH with her family in 1976. Janet retired from the Merrimack School District and Easter Seals of Manchester, where she made lifelong friends, taking care of kids and clients alike.  

Janet was an avid reader, loved a driving adventure and New England sports teams. Known as Grammy to most, her greatest joy was her family and the friends that became family. 

Janet was predeceased by her parents, and sister, Martha Fitzpatrick. She is survived by her daughter Tracey Hall of Nashua; daughter Jennifer Morse, son-in-law Alan and grandchildren Abby Hastings (Owen Hastings) and Ryder Morse of Merrimack. She is also survived by her brother-in-law Larry Fitzpatrick, nieces Michelle Martin and Julie Ludwig and their families, all of Massachusetts.

Janet’s family would like to thank the staff at St. Joseph Hospital in Nashua, NH and the Community Hospice House in Merrimack, NH for all the care and compassion they showed our mom.
