Janet Hazel Morse

Janet H. Morse, 87, of Exeter, NH formerly of Newburyport, MA died peacefully at Langdon Place of Exeter on January 7, 2020. Janet was born July 26, 1932 in Newburyport, daughter of the late Walter E. Milner and Mary (Gallant) Milner.

She loved working at home and tending to her flowers for more than 40 years in Newbury, MA. Janet was blessed to be able to stay at home with her husband Bill for 64 years, spending every possible minute with family and friends.

She was predeceased by her husband, William C. Morse (2017), whom she married May 17, 1952. Janet is survived by her son, Peter E. Morse of Green Bay, WI and his wife Patricia; daughter, Linda S. (Morse) Wilking of Brentwood, NH and her husband Eric; three grandchildren, Christopher S. Wilking of Laconia, NH; William W. Morse of Chicago, IL; and Emma J. Morse of Greenland, NH; and one great grandchild, Brecken C. Wilking.

ARRANGEMENTS: A celebration of life will be held on the 2nd floor at the Sea Dog Brewing Co. 5 Water St. Exeter, NH 03833 on Sunday, February 16, 2020 from 1PM to 4PM. Private graveside service will be held at the Oak Hill Cemetery, Newburyport, MA later in the spring.
