Jayson Montebianchi

Jayson passed away unexpectedly, on March 27, 2024, at the far too young age of 53 years old. Jayson was an individual who simply wanted to help others and by doing so, satisfied his need to make others around him feel good about themselves. His transition to Judaism over the past few years has impacted his life in so many positive ways, giving him a new sense of "belonging". The community at the temple got to know Jayson for who he really was, and new relationships blossomed every day. This transition was life changing for Jayson.

Jayson's warm and cheerful personality attracted many people, creating an adopted family of close friends. Jayson was always eager to lend a hand to help his friends but was as reluctant to accept anything in return. For everyone who knew him - a self-proclaimed 'geek' - Jayson was an aficionado of all things Apple! His expertise helped many of us in our daily challenges with our own Apple products.

Jayson was hopelessly devoted to his English Bulldog Pixie, who passed away two years ago. He dedicated his newly found project foundation, called Pixie Group, to establish meaningful ways for those individuals with mental health issues to reach out for financial considerations for their mental health treatment.

Jayson leaves behind his mother, brother, sister, aunt, two nephews & a niece and lots of cousins, along with the multitude of friends that he had over the course of his short life. 

In lieu of flowers, donations in Jayson's name can be made to the ASPCA. 

A graveside service for Jayson will take place on May 8, 2024 at 11AM in the Newburyport Hebrew Cemetery, located at 10 Toll Road Salisbury, MA.  All are welcome to attend.
