Jean Esther Dowling

Jean E. Dowling of Merrimack NH, wife, beloved mother, grandmother and friend, passed peacefully on Thursday July 22, 2021. Originally from Quincy, MA, Jean lived for twenty years in Merrimack, NH.

All of these she loved and touched deeply are her three children; Kelly Dowling, Sharon Dowling-Otte and Michael Dowling, three grandchildren; Melissa Otte, Matthew Otte and Jake Dowling.

She was married to Edward J Dowling, who preceded her in death, and the family moved around the world with the US Army. Jean was a dedicated mother and grandmother first and foremost. She treasured her children and embraced every moment with them. She had a vivacious personality, with a lust for life and always made people around her laugh. She made friends everywhere she went and was loved.

Visiting hours will be held on Thursday, July 29th from 5-8pm at The Cremation Society of New Hampshire, 243 Hanover Street in Manchester. Family and friends are kindly invited to attend. A burial will be held privately.
