Jean C. Sibulkin

THERE WILL NEVER EVER BE ANOTHER YOU. A song that Jean sang countless times in her storied singing career, these are the words that will forever be linked to this wonderful woman, mother, entertainer, and beloved saint. Jean was always there for everyone, no matter whom, no matter how small or how large the need was. She was a woman who in her entire life never put her own needs before anyone else's. She was like this as a mother, not only to her three sons, but to countless others who looked at Jean as a surrogate mother, teacher, and loving listener. I think the one thing she feared most was being alone and not needed. She never had to worry about that, for we all needed her and could always rely on her no matter what the problem or situation. And in her last moments with us, she was surrounded by her entire family. Her three sons and their families were all with her to say farewell when she at last left this earth for a better place. It was how she would have wanted it. It was what she deserved. Jean was filled only with love, the love for others and the hope for all things to be gentle and without difficulty. Jean could sing like no other. Close your eyes and you could hear Ella, you could hear Sarah, you could hear a true artist with a purity of sound unmatched. She was never more alive than when she was singing what she loved most. That spirit has been passed on to her sons and to their own children as well. Jean, you came into this world with a purpose. And although that may have not seemed clear to you at times, the ones you touched know very well that there will never EVER be another you... another Jean Sibulkin. And to this we all say "Bravo Jean" You made it to the top and there you will always be.... forever in our hearts and souls. Thank you for being a part of our lives. All our Love Stephen, David and Jim Sibulkin
