It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Jeanna (Borgkvist) Morse - Proctor, a beloved mother, caregiver, and friend. She passed away peacefully in her sleep on September 12, 2023, at Wentworth Douglass Hospital in Dover, NH, surrounded by loved ones. Jeanna was born in Portsmouth, NH, on May 22, 1959.

Throughout her life, Jeanna's career was marked by a deep sense of service and dedication to others. From an early age, she found herself drawn to roles that allowed her to make a difference in people's lives. Beyond managing financial records and administrative tasks, Jeanna embraced the opportunity to assist those in need. She dedicated herself wholeheartedly to helping individuals find essential resources like food, clothing, and shelter. Jeanna's commitment to personal growth led her back to school where she earned a Certificate in Bookkeeping from New Hampshire College in 1986.

Jeanna was more than just a dedicated professional; she was also a baseball enthusiast. Her love for the Boston Red Sox knew no bounds. As an avid fan, Jeanna meticulously watched every game, documenting statistics, making predictions, and keeping detailed notes in handwritten notebooks. Her passion for baseball was infectious, bringing joy not only to herself but also to those lucky enough to share in her enthusiasm.

If there was one thing that could equal Jeanna's love for the Red Sox, it was her beloved feline companion Callie Marie. For thirteen beautiful years, they formed an unbreakable bond filled with love and companionship. Callie Marie provided comfort and unending devotion throughout their time together. Jeanna's proudest accomplishment extended beyond her professional endeavors or hobbies; it resided within her commitment to service organizations like the American Legion. She devoted countless hours to help provide essential services to veterans and members of the community.

Jeanna Morse - Proctor is survived by her adoring son, Randall Wayne Morse, and her cherished feline companion, Callie Marie. She also leaves behind numerous family members and friends who will forever hold her memory in their hearts.

Jeanna will be remembered as a selfless individual who dedicated her life to the service of others. May she rest in peace, knowing that she lived a life filled with warmth, kindness, and unwavering dedication to helping others.
