Jeannette Williams

Jeannette Williams, 84, of Concord, NH, died September 14, 2004 at Havenwood-Heritage Heights in Concord. She was born in Newport, RI on December 21, 1919, the daughter of Silas and Gladys (Smith) Williams and had lived in the Springfield, MA area for many years before moving to New Hampshire in six years ago. She had also resided for a time in Hawaii. She was a graduate of the University of Massachusetts and later taught at the University. She had also worked for the Federal Government at Westover Air Force Base. She was a member of the American Society of Pathologists. She was an avid dog lover and was a trainer and breeder of dogs. She had been a member of the Congregational Church in Longmeadow, MA. Family members include a brother, Carl Williams of Concord, NH and a sister, Beatrice Field of CA; and several nephews, nieces and cousins. A memorial service will take place at a later date in the chapel at Heritage Heights. Urn burial will follow in Springfield, MA. The Cremation Society of New Hampshire is in charge of arrangements.
