Jennifer M. Clancy

Jennifer Clancy, 34, of Manchester, NH died Saturday June 14, 2008 at the Community Hospice House in Merrimack, NH after a long courageous battle with breast cancer. Jennifer was a graduate of Memorial High School in Manchester, NH and Plymouth State College. She worked in real estate and for Cigna Healthcare. She is remembered by her friends for her quick wit and sense of humor. She is survived by her loving husband Scott Deshaies of Manchester; her father James Clancy Jr. of Manchester; her mother Jacqueline Katz of Andover, MA; her grandmother Bertha Clancy of Gloucester, MA; her brother James Clancy III of Manchester; her step-father Dr. James Katz and her sister Allison Katz of Andover, MA. In Her Life: She is also survived by her sister-in-law Sharon Clancy and niece Tori of Manchester. A memorial gathering for family and friends will be held Friday June 20, 2008 beginning at 1pm with a memorial service to follow at 2pm. Services will be held at Phaneuf Funeral Home 243 Hanover Street, Manchester, NH, in the Hanover Street Chapel. In lieu of flowers the family requests contributions be made to Breast Cancer Research at Dana Farber Cancer Center, 44 Binney Street, Boston, MA 02115.
