She leaves behind her beloved husband of 28 years, Robert, her children, Paige and Alex, father James Demos, sister Penelope, and brother Michael, alongside countless friends and family members touched by her warmth.

Preceded in death by her mother, Judith Mary Lovering Demos, Jennifer's legacy is one of profound kindness, a love for both the finer things and the joyous moments in life, and a talent for making everyone feel at home. An avid tennis player, skilled cook, and passionate about architecture, she had a keen eye for beauty that enriched every experience. Jennifer and Robert's love story began on the sands of Anguilla and continued through adventures across the Caribbean, symbolizing their enduring love and commitment to their family.

A memorial service to celebrate Jennifer's life will be held on Friday, April 12, from 4 to 6 p.m., at the Cremation Society of New Hampshire, 243 Hanover Street Manchester, NH. Jennifer's legacy of love, boundless generosity, and the cherished memories she created will forever live in the hearts of those who knew her.
