Jeremy Phillips, 43, of Raymond, New Hampshire passed peacefully at home surrounded by family on Saturday, May 2, 2015.
Jeremy "Jerm" was born on January 21, 1972, to James Phillips and Janet (Ortega) Phillips in San Francisco, California. He attended and graduated from Sacred Heart High school. Jeremy was married to his wife, Lisa (Timmins) Phillips, in 2003. Soon after, he moved to New Hampshire to start a new adventure with a growing family. He was an extremely proud and loving father to daughter, Audrey, and son, Aiden. Jeremy was a wonderful father, best friend, and husband.
In addition to the aforementioned relatives, Jeremy is survived by his sister, Jaymi Phillips of San Francisco; his brother Joshua Phillips, sister-in-law Angela Scolini-Phillips, and nephews Sam and Lee "Rooster" Phillips of San Francisco; and a wealth of extended family.
Jeremy's genuine spirit, easygoing nature, and clever wit will always be remembered fondly. Jeremy gave to others selflessly, and many agree that the world is a better place to have had Jeremy in it.
Memorial Services will be held on Saturday, May 16, 3:00 p.m. at the John O'Leary Adult Community Center located at 4 Church Street, Merrimack, NH. Everyone is welcome to attend.
