Jo-Ann C Dixon

Jo-Ann Dixon, age 83, of West Caldwell, NJ, passed away on December 11, 2025. She was born August 05, 1942. Originally from West Caldwell, NJ, Jo-Ann raised her family in Glen Ridge, NJ, before returning to the Caldwells. She lived her last 2 years near her grandchildren in Bedford, NH. Faithful wife to her husband Michael of 57 years, she is survived by her two sons Christopher and Peter and their families.
With degrees in Organizational Behavior and Social Sciences, she was an elementary school teacher before following her passion for professional training and development with Rapidata and over 10 years with the AMA. Entrepreneurial in nature, she founded Q.Inc, and MatchPlay Associates, consulting firms providing training and organizational development for corporations and community based organizations.In addition to her community roles as President and Lt Governor of the Caldwell, NJ, chapter of Kiwanis , she held leadership roles in Home Health Services Association of New Jersey and West Essex Chamber of Commerce.
Lover of golf, she was a founding member and director of Northern NJ EWGA.
She loved helping others personally and professionally, she hosted several annual events in her home for family, friendship, and networking. Always inspiring and motivating others, she was known for her poetry, publications, and frequent quotes, often signing communications: Change is inevitable, growth is a choice.
She is loved and dearly missed.
