Joan Ellen Rogers, 73, passed away peacefully on Thursday, February 26, 2026, at 2:18 p.m. in Nashua, New Hampshire.

Born on July 19, 1952, in Somerville, Massachusetts, she was the beloved daughter of Francis and Helen. Joan dedicated her life to caring for others. After earning her Associate’s degree from Bunker Hill Community College and becoming a registered nurse, she worked for many years at SalemHaven Nursing Home in Salem, Massachusetts. She treated her patients with dignity and compassion, and she extended that same caring spirit to her family and friends.

Joan was a devoted Boston sports fan who faithfully cheered on her favorite teams through every season. In her retirement she discovered a love for TrueCrime dramas and found joy in art, embracing her creative side.

She is lovingly remembered by her brother, Dave Rogers; her sister, Karen Chisholm; and her cherished nieces and nephews. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
