JOHN LEGENC BEDFORD– John Legenc, 94, died August 14, 2007, after a period of failing health. He was born in Manchester on June 24, 1913 to Marcin and Marya (Bara) Legenc. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II and served in the European African Middle Eastern and Asiatic Pacific Theatres. He was employed by Fafner Bearing Company and later worked and retired from the Wambec Mills in Manchester. He was a communicant of Holy Trinity Cathedral. Family includes his sister Isabel Card and brother Chester Legenc, both of Bedford; nieces and nephews. IN HIS LIFE: He was predeceased by his brothers, Aloysius, Joseph, and Stanley Legenc and his sisters, Wanda Jusczak, Genevieve Klapsa Zapora and Helen Kuligowski. SERVICES: There are no calling hours. Services and burial will be private. Memorial donations may be made to Holy Trinity Cathedral General Fund, 166 Pearl Street, Manchester, NH 03104.
