John C. Lewis, 62, died November 26th 2019 in his home unexpectedly with his loving wife of 31 years, Cathleen Lewis, at his side. John was born to Richard and Marion Lewis in Cambridge, Massachusetts on May 25th, 1957. He always had a love for technology and retired from Lincoln Financial after a long Career as a senior computer technician in June 2018. John spent his free time restoring and fixing just about anything, he always looked forward to card night with his long-time friends. He enjoyed golfing with his brother-in-law, favorite activities included time with his large, extended family. His grandchildren were his heart and joy. Their time with "Grampy" was a treasured pastime. His comedy and goofiness lit up the lives of his loved ones.
John was preceded by his brother, Richard, and his parents. He is survived by his devoted wife, Cathleen Lewis, his two daughters; Barbara Lewis and her fiancé Joseph Dixon, Jennifer Murphy and her husband Thomas Murphy; grandsons Xavier and Levi Murphy and JJ Dixon, sister; Wendy, brothers; Dave, Bill, and Jim.
A memorial gathering will be held on December 7 from 11am-1pm at the Cremation Society of New Hampshire at 243 Hanover Street Manchester
