Joseph "Jay" F. Lockhart Jr.

Joseph "Jay" F. Lockhart Jr., 51, passed away on Sunday, August 14, 2022, after a short battle with cancer at the Catholic Medical Center in Manchester. He was born on December 6, 1970, in Lawrence, MA, the son of Joseph Lockhart and Donna Lockhart-Romaska.

He was the husband of Lori Lockhart. They were married on August 16, 1997, in Hudson, NH.

Jay attended Pelham High School, after high school he furthered his education at Southern New Hampshire University. After completing a bachelor’s degree, Jay went on to work at Diebold Nixdorf for 16 years.

He enjoyed fixing cars, watching sports, Jay’s favorite team was New England Patriots. He enjoyed spending time at the beach with family and sitting by the fire with friends.

Jay is survived by his beloved wife; Lori Lockhart, his children; Leah, Kacey, and Kyle, his granddaughter; Lilliana, his mother; Donna Lockhart-Romaska and her husband Jack, his sister; Jesse Lockhart, his nephews; Jonavan and Louis, his nieces Nicole and Devin, sister-in-law, and brother-in-law; Lisa and Joe Paquette, many other family, and dear friends.

SERVICES:  Relatives and friends are invited to the Memorial Service from 4-5:00pm on Wednesday, August 24^th, 2022, at the Cremation Society of NH, 243 Hanover Street in Manchester, NH.  A Celebration of Life will immediately follow the Memorial Service at 5:00pm at the Funeral Home.
