Joseph Patrick Keating

Jospeh P. Keating, Jr., 66, of 23 Rancourt, Merrimack died on July 5, 2000 at the VA Hospital in White River Junction, VT after a short illness. Mr. Keating was born on August 22, 1933 in Melrose, MA the son of the late Joseph and Mary (Brown) Keating, Sr. He was a U S Airforce Veteran. Mr. Keating worked as an electronics engineer for Advanced Microelectronics in Nashua for several years and was formerly employed by Sanders Associates as a quality engineer for over 10 years in Nashua and at Digital in Salem, NH for 4 years. He was an active member of AA in Nashua and a member of the United Methodist Church choir. Mr. Keating was an avid reader and writer of poetry. Family members include; three son, Francis Keating of Nashua, Michael Keating of Fairfield, CA and Kerry Keating of Braintree, MA; one daughter, Kelly Havlin of Hampden, Maine; six grandchildren; one sister, Maureen Csikasz of Kila, Montana; and one nephew. A Memorail Service will be held on Tuesday, July 11, 2000 at noon at the United Methodist Church, Main Street, Nashua.
