Judith Anne O'Loughlin

Ms. Judith Anne O'Loughlin (Tucker), 83, of Billerica, MA, passed away on July 10, 2019 after a two year battle with cancer.
She was born to the late Robert and Gladys Tucker in 1935 in Winchendon, Massachusetts. She was educated in the Billerica school system. She worked for approximately thirty years for the Internal Revenue Service in Andover, MA.
Her hobbies included horseback riding, figure skating, singing and for making the best chocolate chip cookies for her family. She was a member of St. Anne's Episcopal Church, North Billerica as well as The Trinity Episcopal Church in Woburn, Massachusetts. She was a noted singer with an excellent voice and sung for many years in the Church choirs.

She had three brothers and is survived by her daughter, Ms. Kathleen Czarnec and her husband Jeff of Manchester, N.H., three granddaughters, Jennifer Macdonald of Sunapee, N.H., Kristine Macdonald of Nashua, N.H., Heather Neveu and her husband James of Milford, NH and one great-grandchild, Adeline Nevue.
There will be a graveside service for family, friends on Thursday, July 25th, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at the Fox Hill cemetery North, 40 Salem Road, North Billerica, Massachusetts.
