Julie Marion Dubuque, 72, of Derry, passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 12, 2016 at Parkland Medical Center, surrounded by her loving family.
Born in Forest Hills, NY, she was the daughter of the late Stanley and Irene (Winkiel) Leksutin. Raised and educated in Syosset, NY, she had been employed as a quality control inspector for Diversified Optical Products for 25 years prior to her retirement.
A dedicated wife and mother, Julie's family was paramount in her life. She enjoyed spending time with her family and many dear friends. Julie loved to laugh and shared her joy with all those around her. She found great comfort in the companionship of her two dogs, Savannah and Scarlett. Julie will be best remembered for her sense of humor and love of family.
Julie is survived by her three children, Christopher Dubuque and wife Lisa of Greenlawn, NY, Patty Roy and husband Dan of Manchester, and Niki Dubuque of Derry; her grandson, Paul Dubuque-Pinkham of Manchester; her great granddaughter, Addison; her brother, Steve Leksutin of Hillsborough; nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Richard Dubuque.
ARRANGEMENTS: Her Memorial Gathering will be held in the Cremation Society of NH, 243 Hanover St., on Friday, June 17, from 2:00 to 4:00P.M. Friends and relatives invited. Julie requested that persons attending the service wear colorful attire. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made in Julie's memory to the Lahey Center for Oncology at Parkland Medical Center, 6 Tsienneto Rd., Suite 101LL, Derry, NH 03038.
