Justin Robert Drew, 41, of New Hampshire, passed away unexpectedly on September 4, 2026, in Manchester.

Justin was born November 6, 1984, in Vicenza, Italy, the second of four children of Mitchell Drew and the late Lisa Ann Strout. He was raised in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, where he spent much of his time fishing the local rivers, something he loved from a young age and never gave up.

Justin was stubborn in the way that made him unmistakably himself, and charismatic in the way that made people remember him long after a single conversation. His life was not an easy one, and he faced more hardship than most, but the people who knew him knew there was far more to Justin than his struggles. He had a charm that drew people in and a spirit that stayed with them.

He was predeceased by his mother, Lisa Ann Strout, and his sister, Kimberly Ann.

Justin is survived by his son, Kaleb Cecchetti; his father, Mitchell Drew; his brothers, Joshua and Jacob; his grandmother, Barbara Strout; and many more extended family and friends. He will be missed by all who knew him.

Burial arrangements are pending and will be announced at a later time.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Justin's memory to Cross Roads House in Portsmouth.
