Kathleen M. O'Neill

Kathleen Mary O'Neill, 28, of Penacook NH, died 11/15/2022 following a courageous battle with ALS.

Kathleen was born in Manchester, NH, Jan 21, 1994, to Robert and Karen O’Neill.

Kathleen loved audio books, the New England Patriots, cooking shows, and watching HGTV with her mom. She was a thrill seeker, riding ATVs with her family at a very young age. She loved rollercoasters and anything else that would give her a charge out of life. During her 6-year fight with ALS she was constantly accompanied by her best friend Keely, A mixed breed dog with a good heart, who was always by her side.

Kathleen is survived by her father, Robert E O’Neill 3^rd; her mother, Karen M O’Neill; her brother, Robert E O’Neill 4th and his wife Samantha; stepparents Burt Emery and Denise McMillan O’Neill; stepsiblings Chantelle, Bridget, Cassie, and AJ; grandparents Robert and Anne O'Neill; and many loving uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces, and nephews, as well as her longtime aides, Jeannie and Amelia. She was predeceased by Grandparents James and Elaine Bentz

The family will receive visitors Friday, November 18^th, 6:00 to 8:00pm, at the Cremation Society of New Hampshire, 172 King Street in Boscawen, NH. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Granite VNA Home and Hospice or the ALS Foundation.
