Kay
Pierson
Oct 12, 1950 — Sep 18, 2026
Alstead, NH
Kay L. Pierson, 75, of Alstead, New Hampshire, formerly of Gilsum, New Hampshire, passed away peacefully on September 18, 2026, peacefully in her home surrounded by her family. She was born October 12,1950.
Kay was a one-of-a-kind woman who could make you laugh, tell you exactly what she thought, and somehow still make you feel loved all at the same time. She was funny, stubborn, loving, caring, and always willing to lend a hand to anyone who needed it. If you knew Kay, you knew that she had a heart for helping others and a wisdom that came from a lifetime of experiences.
Kay found joy in the simple things in life, especially cooking, doing laundry, and teaching her grandchildren how to cook. Her kitchen was a place where memories were made, stories were shared, and, more often than not, there was plenty of good food. Everyone who knew Kay knew and loved her for the food she provided and the wisdom she so freely shared.
She had a special love for her family, her husband Warren, a good whiskey, and the many grandchildren and great-grandchildren who brought so much meaning to her life. She leaves behind a family that carries with them countless memories, lessons, recipes, stories, and a whole lot of love.
Kay is survived by her daughters, Brenda Pierson and Wendy Mullin; her grandchildren, Jerome Mullin, Nick Mullin, Christopher Pierson, Rebecca Pierson, Jeramia Nash, Jacobb Nash, Christina Nash, and Ryan Nash; as well as her many great-grandchildren, whom she loved dearly.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Warren Pierson, and her stepson, Warren Pierson Jr. Kay may no longer be here to cook us a meal, give us her opinion, or tell us how things should be done, but the love she gave, the wisdom she shared, and the memories she created will remain with her family forever.
She was deeply loved, and she will be deeply missed.
Assisting the family with arrangements is the Cremation Society of NH, Brattleboro. To view Kay's Online Tribute, send condolences to the family, or for more information, visit www.csnh.com.
