Keith A. Bell, 61, of Windsor, Vermont died January 24, 2004 at the VA Hospital in White River Junction, Vermont following a brief illness. Mr. Bell was born on January 18, 1943 in Denver, Colorado, the son of the late James and Gladys (Rogers) Bell. He was a US Navy Veteran who served on the USS Talladega from 1960-1963. Mr. Bell was an electronics technician and a published poet and songwriter, who was recognized by the International Society of Poets. He was a member of the White River Jct. and Windsor American Legions and the White River Jct. VFW. Mr. Bell also enjoyed collecting coins. Family members include: his wife, Margaret (Walsh) Bell; one son, Justin Bell and his wife, Jennifer of White River Junction, VT; two nephews and one niece of Fort Collins, Co. His brother, Donald Bell of Fort Collins, Co, predeceased Mr. Bell. As according to Mr. Bells requests, a private ceremony will be held upon the placement of his memorial plaque at the Vermont Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
