Kenneth Green

Kenneth C. Green, 69, of Manchester, beloved husband of Martha Green, passed away at his home unexpectedly on Saturday, April 9, 2016.

Born in Hayward, WI, he was the son of the late Kenneth G. Green and Rose (Pfister) Scoggins.

A devoted husband, father, and grandfather, Kenneth's family was paramount in his life. Kenneth cherished time spent with his grandchildren. Being a grandfather was the most fulfilling job in his life. Ken and his grandchildren loved to play outside together, challenge each other at the latest video games, and play with their many pets. Kenneth and Martha enjoyed gardening and tending to their vegetable garden each season. An honest and just man, Kenneth always did right by those around him. He was selfless and kind, placing the needs of his family before his own. Kenneth will be best remembered for his generous heart and dedication to family.

Kenneth is survived by his wife, Martha, with whom he shared 35 years; his daughter, Elizabeth Ryan; step-son, Sam Beckmeyer; step-daughter, Nit Beckmeyer; three grandchildren, Adrian, Eden, and Grant Ryan; brother, James Green and wife Cecilia; and extended family and friends.
