Kenneth Bernard Sawyer, 79, died Friday, April 23, 2021 at his home in Rochester, NH. He was born on July 21, 1941 in Exeter, NH, the son of Fred and Bernidine Sawyer.
He was the partner of Ellen Morrill Chambers. They were together since 2006.
His hobbies include creating art for anyone in his life. Ken was a great artist and woodworker. He made wooden butterflies and other characters out of wood and hand-painted them to give away to family and friends. He brought joy and happiness to everyone he met. Despite his constant medical issues, he was always in good spirits.
Ken was survived by four sons; Jeffrey Hall, Andrew Hall, Robert Hall and Shane Sawyer. Ken was also survived by his sister Barbara Vinciguerra and the following nieces and nephews; Donna Collins, Debbie Plourde, Cheryl Roberts, Bobby McKay, Rhonda Brown, Billy Jo Soucy Meyer, Wayne Sawyer Jr, Steve and Eddie Carlton and Robert Rancourt. Grandchildren include; Katharine Hall, Lukas Hall, Caroline Hall, Tiffany Hall, Evelyn Sawyer and Kimberly Hall. Ken was also survived by many, many extended family members as well.
SERVICES: Burial Service will be, 11:00am, Saturday, May 8, 2021 at Kimball Cemetery on Meaderboro Road in Rochester, NH. A Celebration of Life will be held, 12:00pm â 5:pm, May 8, 2021 at the American Legion Post #7, at 94 Eastern Ave in Rochester, NH.
