Kristen Hastings

Kristen Hastings, M.D., 39, passed away January 29, 2021 after a courageous battle with cancer.

Kristen was born on January 24, 1982 in Weymouth, MA to Jacqueline and Daniel Keniston. After the family relocated, she attended Memorial High School in Manchester, N.H. She graduated from UNH and completed her residency at the Western Michigan University School Of Medicine. Kristen moved back to New Hampshire to begin a promising career as a pediatrician at Dartmouth Hitchcock in Concord, N.H.

Kristen fought with every fiber of her being, enduring countless treatments and surgeries while never giving up or feeling sorry for herself. She was strong, hardworking, intelligent, selfless and an inspiration to all who knew her. Even on her darkest days she showed us what grace looks like. Her happiest moments were spent with Adam, her husband of 13 years. She was a loving mother who enjoyed baking and crafting with her children. She was an amazing wife, mother, daughter, granddaughter, sister, cousin and friend. To say she will be missed is an understatement of epic proportion. Please pray for Adam, her children Emerson and Ethan, her mother Jacqueline, sisters Stephanie and Rachael, her brother Jack, grandparents John and Joan Moore and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends that are left broken-hearted. May Kristen rest in peace.
