Laura Mae Johnson

Laura M. Johnson, 84, of Antrim Village, Antrim, NH died on May 31, 2000 at her home after a brief illness. Mrs. Johnson was born on August 14, 1915 in Templeton, MA the daughter of the late Walter and Mary Ellen (Fisher) Aiken. She worked for GTE Sylvania Company in Hillsboro for 18 years and retired in 1973. She enjoyed gardening, photography, crafts and shopping but most importantly socializing with friends and family. Family members include; three sons, Allan Johnson and George Johnson, both of Deering, NH and Gerald Johnson of Antrim, NH; two daughters, Mrs. Laura Johnson of Claremont, NH and Mary Ellen Harrold of Fairfield, CA; 25 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren; one brother, Walter Aiken of Cincinnati, Ohio; numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband of 37 years in 1969, Albert Scott Johnson, and three sons, Albert Johnson, JR, Gary Johnson and Edward Johnson.
