Lawrence (Larry) Henry St.Laurent Sr. was born July 2, 1944, in Winchendon, Massachusetts to Roger F. St.Laurent, and Doris A. (Guevin) Gensler, of Pennsylvania. Larry worked most of his career hanging Drywall, and steel stud framing, among many other construction trades. Larry truly enjoyed time with his family, making memories, and spending time with his wife -Sue (Wifey) of 43 years, as well as his large extended family and many friends. He truly loved camping, hiking, e-biking (anything outdoors), and weaving hats to donate for local charities and family members. Sitting by a campfire and sharing beloved memories was a favorite pastime with anyone who wanted to join, along with his weekly card games of canasta. He was a strong, loving, generous, hardworking, stubborn, compassionate man. He was set in his ways did things completely on his own terms, whether or not anyone liked it. Larry was admired for his acts of generosity in helping others, and lending his time and wisdom to anyone who would listen. He will be remembered for being a loving, hard working, “force to be reckoned with” father, uncle, grandfather, and great grandfather (Gee Gee) to several grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Larry will be forever missed by anyone that had the chance to know and love him. He is survived by his wife Susan “Sue” St.Laurent of Fitzwilliam NH, two daughters Lisa M. Leblanc, and husband David of Winchester NH; Amy S. Alexander, and husband Scott of Sullivan NH; two sons Wayne E. St. Laurent and wife Tina of Jaffrey NH; and Alfred A. St.Laurent, and fiancé Kim Boucher of Fitzwilliam; three brothers Roger(Sonny) St.Laurent and his wife Cindy of Winchendon MA; Kenny St.Laurent of Townsend MA; and Ronnie St.Laurent and his friend Bonnie, of Leominster MA; and a sister Irene (St.Laurent of (Lunenburg, MA). In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the American Cancer Society, or Hospice. A Celebration of Life will be scheduled in the near future.
