Lela Liberty Loranger, 89, of Manchester died April 11, 2007 at Villa Crest Nursing Home following a period of declining health. Mrs. Loranger was born on July 1, 1917 in New Haven CT, the daughter of Floyd and Elizabeth (Shea) Scribner. She had been a resident of Manchester since 1928 and graduated from Mount Saint Mary College. Lela met and married Leo A. Loranger Sr. in 1942 and the couple soon moved to several southern states while Leo was in the military. After the war, they relocated back to Manchester and started a family. Loranger Sr.; four sons, Paul Loranger of Exeter, David Loranger of Goffstown; Patrick Loranger of Amherst and Leo Loranger Jr. of Goffstown; six grandchildren; one great granddaughter and soon to be delivered, twin great grandsons; as well as many nieces and nephews.
