Lene Marie Charland

Lene Charland, 61, of Allenstown, NH, passed away on August 11, 2021 at 10:40am following a courageous battle with Lung Cancer.

Lene was born in Manchester, NH on December 27, 1959 to Theresa Lozeau.

Lene was the wife of Sherry Waterhouse. They were married on Feburary 14, 2014, but enjoyed 30 happy years together until Lene’s passing.

Lene enjoyed the beach, the mountains, and her backyard where she could enjoy the sounds of nature. Lene loved her Family and Friends fiercely. Lene enjoyed getting together with her loved ones and celebrating all of life’s joys with an energetic enthusiasm that was like no other. Sherry was the love of Lene’s life and many of their favorite memories were trips out with their grandson, Hunter to the mountains and waterparks. She loved to swim and dance. She had a true warrior spirit and fought to her last breath to let the ones she loved know.

Survived by her Wife, Sherry Waterhouse; her son Michael Smith, his fiancé Tina Provencher and her Gandson Hunter Smith; her Mother Theresa Lozeau; her Sister Deborah Winship and her partner Steven Dufour and Deborah’s Daughters Christina and Melissa Winship, Susan Johnson and her daughter Chrystal Joyal; her brother Joe Clemment his wife Patty and the extended Johnson Family; as well as the extended Waterhouse Family.

There will be a celebration of life for Lene. Family and friends will be notified of the date.

Those who wish make a memorial contribution in Lene's name in lieu of flowers may do so to The Animal Rescue League or New Horizions in Manchester, NH.
