Leonard Lenny Provencher

Leonard (Lenny) Provencher, 68, passed away on Monday, July 9th, 2018 at the High Pointe Hospice House in Haverhill, Massachusetts after a long battle with cancer at his home in Derry, New Hampshire.

Lenny was born and raised in Lawrence, Massachusetts and the son of the late Robert and Irene Provencher. He graduated from Lawrence High School. He is also a veteran of the United States Army.

He loved spending time with his wife, children and grandchildren. He also loved to do puzzles and play games; his favorite was the card game 45s. He loved cheering on all the local sports teams along with going and watching his grandchildren play in their games.

He leaves behind his wife of 27 years Penny (Brown) Provencher; three children: Christopher Provencher and his wife Candida, Jonathan Brown Sr. and his wife Jamie, and Keith Brown and his wife Dawn; eight grandchildren: Hannah, Jonathan Jr., Sebastien, Sophia, Hailey, Corinne, Jake, and Emma.

His siblings include: Rene, Conrad, Raymond, Paul, Pauline, Gilbert, Vincent, Rick and the late Patricia. As well as many Nieces and Nephews.

There will be a Celebration of Life for Lenny on Saturday, July 28th, 2018 from noon to 4 PM at 7L Morningside Drive in Derry, New Hampshire.
