Leonne Mondoux, 91, of 484 Hill St., Manchester, died August 22,2002 at her residence after a period of failing health. Born January 13,1911, in Disraeli, Canada, she was the daughter of Ferdinand and Leda ( Beaudoin ) Roy. Mrs. Mondoux had been a resident of the city for most of her life. She worked many years at the Verney mills. She enjoyed crocheting, crafts and family. She was a longtime parishoner of the Sacred Heart Church. She was predeceased by her husband Alphee Mondoux who died in 1985, and her grandson, David Mondoux who died in 2000. Family members include a son, Marcel Mondoux, of Manchester, whom she made her home with and Marcel's loving wife, Rita Mondoux, who was her primary caregiver for nine years; a granddaughter, Tina Yost of New Boston; and three great grandchildren, Melanie, Heather and Dean Yost, of New Boston. There are no calling hours or funeral services. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. Memorial donations may be made in her name to the Sacred Heart Church Building Fund, Sacred Heart Church, 265 South Main Street, Manchester, N.H. 03102.
