Lester D. Dawson, 54 year-old Nashua native made his journey home on October 15, 2003. Les was a graduate of Nashua High School, Class of 1968 and Daniel Webster College, Class of 1981, receiving his Bachelor's in Business Administration. Les served in the United States Navy during Vietnam as a Hospital Corpsman. A loving husband dedicated father and "Pappy", he is remembered as a father to some, friend to many and minister to all. Les is survived by his wife, Annette C. Dawson, three sons; Dr. Gabriel M. Dawson, CPT. (USA) Benjamin A. Dawson and LT. (USN) Robert B. Dawson, two daughters and a son-in-law; Christina M. Dawson and Leah J. and Warren G. Daigle and two grandchildren; Joshua R. Dawson and Emilie G. Daigle. Other survivors are one brother, five sisters, several nieces, nephews, and four Aunts. There will be no funeral services but following cremation, there will be a Memorial party for family, friends and neighbors to celebrate the life of a great and honorable man. The party will be held at the VFW Hall on 2 Quincy Street, Nashua, NH on Sunday, October 19, 2003 from 2-5pm.
