Licene Denys, 76, passed away on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at her home in Manchester, NH. She was born on February 16, 1951, in Anse-a-Veau, Haiti, the daughter of Felix and Saturne Denis (Joseph).

Licene attended school in Massachusetts to become an accounting clerk, and she also attended school in New Hampshire to become a LNA. Licene studied phlebotomy. She loved sewing and making dresses. Licene enjoyed gardening and would arrange all the different flowers at her house to look so beautiful. She was a parishioner of the Seventh-day Adventist Church and loved spending time with her family.

She is predeceased by her parents, Felix and Saturne Denis (Joseph), and her son, Dyon Damas.

Licene is survived by her loving family Luce Duvert, Louis Denis, Marc Deny, Denise Denis, Annela Denis, Karen Leroy, Rony Denis, Gretchen Denis, Jean-Renald Denis, Villard Denys, Tanya Fenestor, Ketia Fenestor, Linda Fenestor, Richard Denis, Kerline Denis, Esther Denis, Max Duvert, Beatrice Duvert.

Assisting the family with arrangements is the Cremation Society of NH, Manchester. There will be a Memorial Gathering on Friday, April 24, 2026, from 3:30 p.m. - 4 p.m., and a Memorial Service following from 4 p.m. - 5 p.m. at the Cremation Society of NH, 243 Hanover Street, Manchester, NH. After the Memorial Service, the family will continue to gather until 5:30 p.m. The family invites all to attend.
