Lillian S. Haggert

Lillian “Lillie” May (Smith) Haggert, 76, formerly of Merrimack, ascended Sunday, October 7, 2007 at Harborside Healthcare Westwood, in Keene. She was born on February 19, 1931, the daughter of Beatrice Ethel (Clark) Smith and George Wendell Smith in Dover, NH. She graduated from Concord High School in 1949. She married Lloyd R. Haggert on August 18, 1951 and he predeceased her on April 17, 1999. Loving and raising 4 sons and 1 daughter, Michael Haggert, Brian Haggert, Dawna (Haggert) LaFord-Dadura, Allen Haggert and Jonathan Haggert, several grandchildren and great grandchildren. She is survived by 1 sister, Beverly (Smith) MacGown and 1 brother, David Smith, several nieces, nephews, along with great nieces and great nephews. A memorial service to celebrate her love and life will be held Saturday, November 24, 2007 at 3:15 P.M. at Harborside Healthcare-Westwood, in Keene. A graveside service will be held in her memory and request in celebration of her wedding anniversary on August 18, 2008, at Riverside Cemetery, in Newmarket, NH.
