Linda Bascom

Linda J. Bascom, age 63, of Manchester, NH, peacefully passed away on May 10, 2024, surrounded by the love of her family. She was born on May 24, 1960, in Goffstown, NH, to the late William and Marie Sherman.

Linda will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 30 years, Stephen Bascom, her daughters, Stella Bean of North Carolina and Leah (Bean) Jones of Nashua, her stepson Steve Bascom Jr. of Ohio, her surviving siblings Sandra Zyliak, Frederick Zyliak, George Zyliak, and Bruce Zyliak, as well as her numerous grandchildren.

Known for her amusing personality and infectious humor. She had a deep affection for animals and found joy in spending time at the beach. Linda's quick wit and penchant for cracking jokes brought smiles to those around her, leaving a lasting impression on all who had the pleasure of knowing her.

In honor of Linda's memory, her family has chosen not to hold services. Instead, donations can be made to the New Hampshire Humane Society in her name (https://www.nhhumane.org/), an organization close to Linda's heart, dedicated to the welfare of animals.

Although Linda may no longer be with us in person, her spirit will continue to shine brightly through the cherished memories and laughter she shared with her loved ones. She will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all who knew her.
