NOTTINGHAM: Linda (Mahns - Debus) Clark, age 73, died Monday, December 30, 2019 daughter's home in Hampstead, NH. She is survived by her loving husband of twenty years John Clark.
Linda was born June 18, 1946 in Hammond, Indiana and was the daughter of the late Robert and Ada (Bigelow) Mahns. Linda grew up in Griffith, Indiana and was the oldest of 7 children. She later married and moved to New Hampshire where she enjoyed crafting, outdoor activities, being an active member of the community and a loving mother to her three children.
Linda was known for her big heart, generous nature and took great pride in being a grandmother, lovingly known as Mema. She will be missed by all who had the privilege of meeting her.
She is survived by her three children, Walter Debus, III and his wife Tracy, Amy Santiago, and Jacqueline Leavitt and her husband, Richard; two step-daughters, Cassie Long and Serena Hedgepath; nine beloved grandchildren, Courtney Debus, Billy Victoria Jr, Cody Beaulieu, Maximus & Madalayna Santiago, Abigail and Dylan Leavitt and Jaxon and Gracie Long and her former spouse, Walter Debus, Jr. She was also predeceased by her five siblings, Mike, Bob, Becky, Patti and Bonnie.
A Memorial Service for Linda will be held on Friday, January 10, 2020 at 6PM at the Cremation Society of New Hampshire, 243 Hanover Street, Manchester, NH 03104. Family and Friends are invited to attend.
