Linda L. Connolly-Cholewa, 72, of Exeter, NH, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 29, 2019 in the comfort of her home surrounded by her loving family.
Born in Beverly, MA, she is the daughter of the late William Connolly and Bessie Wilcox-Connolly. A graduate of Beverly High School, Linda attended Hesser College studying massage therapy. For several years, Linda worked at Portsmouth Regional Hospital and Rockingham County Hospice and VNA. Most recently, she worked part time at McDonald's in Exeter. She loved chatting with all the regulars. Linda met her husband, Stanley "Peter" Cholewa in 1990, then married in 1997.
A dedicated wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, Linda's family was paramount in her life. She loved the ocean and going to the beach. Watching the Patriots play was one of her favorite hobbies. Linda enjoyed taking walks with her husband and their dog, Bella, by the river in Exeter and at Stratham Hill Park. Linda was a devoted Catholic with strong faith. In her youth, Linda enjoyed horseback riding, going to Lynch Park, and playing football with her brothers. She loved dancing and would go out dancing with her mother, Betty, frequently when she was younger. Peter and Linda would frequent the American Legion in Portsmouth on weekends to dance. Above all, Linda was a family person who loved spending time with all of us.
Linda is survived by her husband, Stanley Peter Cholewa; her two sons, Timothy Peckham and Sean Belanger, Sr. and wife, Delilah; and her two daughters, Terri Merry and husband Russ and Christine Hankin; grandchildren, Joshua Mello, Jeffrey Erickson, Jr., Aaron Peckham, Corey Erickson, Sean Belanger, Jr., Tyler Merry, Alex Brooks, Austin Hankin, Kourtney Brooks, Autum Brooks, and Alexis Moore; her sister, Maureen Dunn and Alan Zanuccoli; three brothers, Bert Connolly and wife Kathy, Bobby Connolly, and Michael Connolly and wife Julie. Linda is predeceased by two brothers, Warren Connolly and Billy Connolly.

SERVICES:A Celebration of life will be held at "The Breakaway" 221 Newbury St. Rt 1 North, Danvers Ma 01923, on Sunday November 10th from 12PM-4PM. Friends and relatives invited.
