Linda C. âOâBâ OâBrien, 62, of Manchester, formerly, Tewksbury, MA, died peacefully on May 17th, after a long and courageous battle with cancer.
She was born on September 10, 1948 and raised in Hyde Park, Massachusetts where she attended Boston Public Schools. She was the daughter of the late Thelma (Hinckley) Paquet and the late John P. Ryan. She moved to Tewksbury in 1971, and worked at Analog Devices in Wilmington for many years and later worked at McDonalds and Market Basket. Recently she moved to Manchester and worked at her daughterâs café, Two Friends Bagel & Deli in Goffstown.
Linda enjoyed crocheting, scratching lottery tickets, crossword puzzles and spending time with family and friends. She enjoyed the holidays and most especially her own birthday.
IN HER LIFE: Linda is survived by her daughter, Heather and her husband, John Asang of Manchester and her granddaughter Arianna; her sisters, Judith Ryan of Lexington, MA, Kristen âKippyâ Gannon and her husband Jack of Burlington, MA, Susan Wallace and her husband Fred of Lake Havasu City, AZ, Pam VonKahle and her husband Rich of Tewksbury, MA; her brother-in-law, Albert Leos also of Tewksbury; as well as many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great nephews. She was predeceased by her sister, Nancy M. Leos
A memorial gathering will take place on Saturday May 21st from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the Cremation Society of New Hampshire, 243 Hanover Street, Manchester with a celebration of her life immediately following.
Interment will be private and held at the Wildwood Cemetery in Wilmington, MA. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Amedisys Hospice Services, 1 East Commons Drive, Unit 33, Londonderry, NH 03053
The Cremation Society of New Hampshire is assisting the family with the arrangements.
