Lisa Joy (Walsh) Liguori entered this world on February 19, 1958, in Melrose, Massachusetts. She departed peacefully on May 31, 2025 at the age of 67, surrounded by her 5 loving children. Lisa was the beloved daughter of Priscilla (Nelson) Walsh who instilled in her the values of strength and compassion, granting her a strong will and an independent spirit. Her generous and trusting nature made her eager to lend a helping hand or offer a listening ear.
Lisa found immense joy in nature; her happiest moments were spent at the beach, soaking up the sun and enjoying the water. She had a deep appreciation for all forms of life, particularly her beloved plants and animals, with sunflowers holding a special place in her heart. As an enthusiastic artist, Lisa expressed her creativity through painting, quilting, and constructing beautiful rock walls and water gardens, showcasing her talent for turning the ordinary into the extraordinary.
Her love continues to shine brightly through her children: Dannielle Liguori, Bill Liguori, Matthew Liguori, Marie Liguori, and Derek Graf, as well as her 4 grandchildren: Cole Liguori, Steven Gagnon, Nathan Gagnon, and William Gagnon.
In honor of her love for animals and her compassion for the lost and lonely, the family asks that donations honoring her life be made to The Salem Animal Rescue League in Salem NH. The Town she resided in the majority of her life.
A private celebration of life will be held in her memory, as per her wishes.
Lisa's unwavering spirit and creativity will be dearly missed by all who had the pleasure of sharing their lives with her. While we mourn her passing, we find comfort in knowing her soul is now free, reunited once more with her beloved mother.
