LORRAINE M. KNOWLES EATON, 76, of Seabrook, New Hampshire passed away July 31st in North Conway at her son Michael's home after a courageous battle with cancer.

The daughter of Kenneth Knowles and Alice Dow, Lorraine was born November 6, 1941 in Seabrook where she was a lifelong resident. She married Michel J. Eaton who preceded her in death in 1972. She worked as a clam shucker and also helped her husband lobstering. She was also an Avon representative for many years. Lorraine loved being surrounded by family and was always there for her children and grandchildren. Her closest and beloved companion was her dog Pooh who is now in the care of her son Michael.

She is predeceased by her parents Kenneth and Alice, biological father Thomas Felch, husband Michel J. Eaton, daughter Gail, and longtime companion Arthur Janvrin.

Lorraine is survived by her son Michael J Eaton Jr and partner Lionel Tetreault of North Conway, New Hampshire, daughter Hope of Seabrook, New Hampshire, and son Andrew and wife Rhonda of Seabrook, New Hampshire. She is also survived by her half-siblings Richard Felch of Florida, Thomas Felch of New Mexico, Linda Luke of Bradenton, Florida, Carol Contos of Nashua, New Hampshire, Chester Felch of Kensington, New Hampshire, Roberta Sullivan of Seabrook, New Hampshire, six grandchildren and ten great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life will be held August 25th at the Rand Church at 134 S. Main Street in Seabrook, New Hampshire at 11:30 a.m. Burial will be at the Wildwood Cemetery South Main Street Seabrook, New Hampshire.
