Louis William Wagner III, 75, of Manchester passed away peacefully on November 25, 2017 at his home surrounded by family. Louis was born in Washington D.C. on November 15, 1942 to Louis Wagner II and Emily Mueller.
Before retiring from General Electric after 32 years, Louis had also worked for the Bellows-Falls Police Dept. He loved fishing, boating, target shooting and spending time with the family at Disney World and weekly dinners.
Louis is survived by his wife of 48 years Nancy (Perkins) Wagner; daughter Stephanie and her husband Scott; granddaughters Taylor, Erica and Jennifer; grandsons Jackson and Christopher; brothers-in-law Robert and his wife Barb, David and his wife Barb, Bob and his wife Belinda; sister-in-law Janice; many nieces and nephews and grandpuppy Titan.
Services: No formal services will be held at this time. There will be a funeral service in May in Vermont.
