Lucille J. Lafleur, 87, of Bedford, NH, passed away on Sunday, January 8th. She was born in Manchester on May 9, 1929 to the late Elphege and Exilda Provencher. She was the loving wife to the late Roger LaFleur for 65 years.
Lucille attended St. George's Catholic High School, graduating in 1947. She was devoted to her family, and loved raising her children, as well as spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She also enjoyed crocheting and dancing. After Roger's retirement, they moved to Ormond-By-The-Sea, FL, where they were able to enjoy beach life for 25 years.
Lucille leaves behind her daughters, Denise Bartus and her husband, Stan, of Daytona Beach, FL; Giselle Lafleur of Goffstown, NH; her grandchildren, Lindsay Bartus of Orlando, FL; Christopher Bartus of Athens, GA; Derek Gelinas of Hooksett, NH; Amber MacAulay of Hollis, NH; and Jennifer Roy of Goffstown, NH; as well as eight great-grandchildren. She will be best remembered for her kind heart and dedication to her family.
SERVICES: A gathering will take place from 4-5pm on Friday, January 13th at the Cremation Society of New Hampshire, 243 Hanover Street, Manchester, NH, with a memorial service at 5pm.
