Luella S. Doucette

Luella S. Doucette, 72 of Sandown, NH and former longtime resident of Haverhill, Mass., passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 29, 2022 after a brief battle with lung cancer. She was born in Methuen, MA on July 20, 1949, daughter of the late Murray E. and Luella E. (Crepeau) Barton. Luella shared over 52 years of marriage with her late husband Ernest J. Doucette, II. 

Luella is survived by her two sons, Richard E. Doucette, his wife Noelle and their son Lukas of Sandown, NH and Ernest J. Doucette, III, his spouse Sheila and his children Kristi and Christopher of Hampstead, NH as well as her great grandchildren, Jaline, Justice and Kinsley.

She enjoyed rides on her Harley Davidson motorcycles with her husband throughout the north country. She was the bookkeeper of the family business, EJ Pallets, for many years working side by side with her husband. In her earlier years she was the union wardrobe supervisor for the Beatlemania Broadway Musical which ran from 1977 to 1979. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
