Marcelle P. Beauchemin

Marcelle Beauchemin, 80, of 574 Pine Street in Manchester died January 5, 2003 at Maple Leaf Health Care following a lengthy illness. Mrs. Beauchemin was born on February 6, 1922 in St. Pascal, Quebec, Canada, daughter of Nathaniel and Marie Despres. She grew up in Manchester and attended local schools. For most of her life she was a homemaker taking care of her family and grandchildren. After raising her family she spent several years working at Prevue Products in Manchester and retired in 1985. She was very lovable and will be missed dearly by her family. Her sense of humor will always be remembered. Family members include; her husband of 59 years, Wilfrid P. Beauchemin; one son, Daniel Beauchemin of Manchester; two daughters, Rita Peace of Manchester and Genie Lacroix of Revere, MA; six grandsons; two granddaughters; and several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Beauchemin was predeceased by a daughter, Theresa Holton who died in December of 2001. A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, January 7th at 11:00 AM at the Cremation Society of New Hampshire, 243 Hanover Street in Manchester. Burial will take place at a later date at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, NH Chapter, 19 Ferry Street, Suite 419, Concord, NH 03301.
