Marilyn R. Libby

Marilyn R. (Jewitt) Libby, 80, died September 1, 2007 at the Merrimack County Nursing Home in Boscawen, NH. She was born in Norwich, CT on September 14, 1926, the daughter of Ulmer and Ella (Adams) Jewitt, Jr. She was formerly of Essex, CT and resided in Lunenburg, MA for 16 years before moving to NH three years ago. She had worked retail sales for 25 years. She was active in PTA, taught Sunday school and was a lifelong member of the First Congregational Church in Essex. She was a member of the Homemakers, Mile Creek Beach Club and the Pettipaug Yacht Club while in CT. She was predeceased by her husband, Clemmons W. Libby who died in 1984. Family member include a son, Jay A. Libby of WV, three daughters, Timatha J. Ezersky and Kimberly Malli, both of NC and Lynn Baker of Andover, NH; 8 grandchildren and several nephews, nieces and cousins. Donations may be made in her memory to the First Congregational Church in Essex, CT. The Cremation Society of New Hampshire is in charge of arrangements.
