Marlene Adele Holladay made her way to heaven to join her husband and youngest son on July 10, 2020. She died peacefully in the home she shared with her daughter in Nashua, New Hampshire.
Marlene is a native of southern California and was the widow of Charles E. Holladay. Together Marlene and Chuck had five children, eight grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
Marlene served her community by supporting and caring for seniors who could no longer drive; she did errands, drove them to medical and personal appointments and cared deeply for each and every one of her "ladies." Her generous heart led her to rescuing two dogs that she loved deeply and her dream was to continue rescuing dogs for the remainder of her life.
No formal celebration of life will be held at this time, her wishes are that her ashes be joined with her beloved husband.
To honor her life of love and generosity the family asks that in lieu of flowers donations be made to the ManchesterVNA.org, the hospice organization who assisted her daughter which allowed her to pass peacefully at home.
