Mary Gail (Tucker) Webster, 74, of Goffstown, New Hampshire, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family on Monday, June 8, 2026.

Born on July 7, 1951, in Lowell, Massachusetts, Gail was the daughter of the late Mary Alice (Donnelly) and George Francis Tucker Sr. She grew up in Lowell and attended St. Margaret's School before graduating from Lowell High School. She later pursued her education in Computer Science at Hesser College.

Gail was the beloved wife of the late Gary D. Webster, whom she married on July 12, 1981, in Seabrook, New Hampshire. Together they shared many happy years of marriage until Gary's passing.

A devoted mother and grandmother, Gail is survived by her loving daughter, Sylvia-Jean (Webster) Bortz and her partner, Stacey Wood, and by her cherished grandson, Aiden Bortz, who affectionately knew her as "Omi."

Gail was predeceased by her husband, Gary D. Webster; her parents, Mary Alice and George Francis Tucker Sr.; her stepfather, James Cudworth; her brothers, George Tucker, Brian Tucker, and Stephen Tucker; and her sisters, Carol Carleton and Elaine Howard.

She is survived by her brother, Kevin Tucker and his wife, Lucia; her sisters, Brenda Shank, Susan Bosman, and Theresa Senio and her husband, Larry; her stepsisters, Dot Sperounis and her husband, Bill, and Mary Ellen Nangle and her husband, Kevin; as well as many beloved nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.

Throughout her life, Gail built a successful and varied career. She worked as a secretary, a data processing manager, a secretary to the registrar for Daniel Webster College, a CNA and scheduler for Home Health and Hospice services, and in customer service for Aetna Insurance. She was known for her strong work ethic, reliability, and dedication to helping others.

Gail found joy in life's simple pleasures. She loved spending time at the beach, expressing her creativity through pottery and painting, and relaxing with a good book. And in her later years enjoying wine on her deck with friends. Her warmth, kindness, creativity, and devotion to her family will be remembered by all who knew and loved her.

Gail's family takes comfort in the many memories they shared with her and in the lasting impact she made on the lives of those around her.

No formal services will be held at this time. A celebration of life with Friends and Family will be held this summer. in leau of flowers donations to the American Cancer Society or Breakthrough T1D (previously juvenile diabetes research fund).
