Mary M. (Taylor) Nolette was born in Taunton, MA on January 18, 1935 to Thomas and Catherine (Masterson) Taylor. She is survived by one sister, Catherine Botelio. Her late siblings were James Taylor, Elenor Pannenteau, and Beatrice Vieira. Also deceased, husband, Richard Nolette of Taunton.
In addition to many nieces and nephews, Mary is survived by all 8 of her children, Linda Taylor, Sheila Heiker, Lorraine Hickey, Robin Grover, Mary Carriere, Rachel Carlson, Robert Jones, and James Jones, 18 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren who reside in MA, NH, IL and AK.
Mary was the Certified Food Service Supervisor and Head Cook for many years at Wedgemere Convalescent Home in Taunton before moving to NH where, for ten years, she successfully owned and operated "Shady Pines Motel" and "Jim's Place Diner" in Boscawen, NH. She enjoyed listening to music and dancing the Polka at the Lakeville Eagles Post. In addition to her children and grandchildren, many called her "Ma", in love and respect. Others knew her as Mary and enjoyed her friendship.
Family was her joy and priority throughout her journey. She was happiest when surrounded by the family, extended family and friends, especially if she could feed them. She touched many lives and those hearts will miss and remember her.
Friends and relatives are welcome to attend a "Celebration of Life" ceremony and "Remembrance" being held in her honor Saturday December 5, 2015 at the Cremation Society of New Hampshire,172 King Street in Boscawen, NH. 12:30 pm Remembrance Gathering, 1:30 pm Memorial Service.
