Maureen E. Fielder, 54, of Londonderry, NH, passed away on October 10, 2024 at Elliot Hospital in Manchester, NH. She was born on May 8, 1970, the daughter of Mathew and Elaine (Ashburner) Ciechon of Bedford, NH.
She grew up in Bedford, NH and has been a resident of Londonderry, NH since 2003. She was a 1988 graduate of Manchester West High School and a 1992 graduate of the University of New Hampshire.
Maureen worked for Shorty’s Mexican Roadhouse in some capacity since 1991, most recently as their long time Controller & Restaurant Manager. She loved working for the current owners, Jon & Olivia Carnevale who treated her like family.
Maureen was a single mom who loved her children with her whole heart. She loved spending time with her children and family, gardening, soaking in her hot tub, floating in the pool, a day at the beach and backyard karaoke. One of her greatest joys was watching her son Hayden play football at Londonderry High School and most recently Husson University. She was a loving mother, daughter, sister, Auntie and friend to many. She will be deeply missed.
She was predeceased by her father Mathew Ciechon, her mom’s significant other Fernand Plante, her maternal grandparents Gordon and Jeannette Ashburner and her paternal grandparents Mathew and Marian Ciechon.
She leaves behind 3 children, daughter Madeline Fielder of Epping, NH and sons Alden Fielder and Hayden Fielder of Londonderry, NH; her mother Elaine Ciechon of Bedford, NH; twin sister Wendy McPherson and husband Lowell of Bedford NH; brother Mathew Ciechon III and significant other Toni Duprez of Bedford, NH; her significant other Kevin Roux of Londonderry, NH; her beloved dogs Spencer and Anna; nieces and nephews Jesse Ciechon, Carly Ciechon, Emma Brown, Owen Brown and Ava McPherson; great-nephew Henry Walker.
There will be a Celebration of Life on Monday October 21, 2024 at The Venues at the Factory, 252 Willow Street, Manchester, NH (second parking lot). Please come by anytime between 2:00pm to 6:00pm to pay your respects. In lieu of flowers, a Go Fund Me has been created for the benefit of helping her young adult children navigate life without her and keep their family home.
