Merilee Sandra (Wood) Ellsworth

Merilee Sandra (Wood) Ellsworth, 78, passed away peacefully at Granite VNA Hospice House in Concord, NH on September 13, 2021.

Merilee was born in Nashua, NH to the late Duane and Natalie (Bennett) Wood. She graduated from Nashua High and attended UNH in Durham, where she met her late ex-husband Richard Ellsworth.

She spent 26 years in Epsom, NH raising her family, and also serving as town clerk. In 1997 she moved with her late companion Mike Cowan, to Arizona and then to Henderson, NV where she retired from the US Postal Service. In June, she returned to NH to be with family.

She is survived by her three siblings - Dawna Beausoleil (Bryan), Daryl Tucker, Scott Wood; sister-in-law Geri Morgan; her five children - Melissa Roberts (Chris), Clint Ellsworth (Heidi), Becky Fultz (Rich), Cale Ellsworth (Kristy), Luke Ellsworth (Carrie); her grandchildren - Brittany (Topher), Danielle, Joshua, Baily, Cameron, Reagan, Samantha, Jacob, Corbin, Alex, Ashley, Abbie, Austin and great grandchildren Benjamin, Teagan, and Cayden. She also leaves behind her beloved service dog and her best friend, Champion.

Interment at a later date at Edgewood Cemetery, Nashua NH.
